🔁 Return & Refund Policy — Z&M Home

At Z&M Home, every candle is carefully handcrafted to bring warmth, fragrance, and beauty into your home.
We truly value your trust in our products and want you to have the best shopping experience with us.

🕯️ Return Eligibility

Because our candles are handmade and fragile, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, broken, or melted during delivery.

  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong scent, color, or size).

If your order falls under these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged item.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used candles or opened packaging

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Minor variations in color or scent (since all candles are handmade and may vary slightly)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • You can choose between a replacement product or a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

  • Refunds are made through bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash only.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Z&M Home will cover the shipping cost.
For other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges.
